Power bungee cord 4 - for strengthening arms + upper body

A modern training equipment from a kind of bungee rubber for an optimum arm and upper body workout. The athlete stands on the power cord rope and depending on training goals, makes slow or fast movements by pulling the cord upwards and downwards. The tension of the bungee rope achieves an optimum resistance (bungee effect), which creates a professional arm, shoulder and upper body workout. The power-bungee cord enables the athlete to work with optimal resistance to achieve an enormous training effect. It can be used in several sports.
