Passing and speed strength training. The robe provides the athletes optimal tensile strength for sprinting, passing, etc. and thus an enormous training effect. The power bungee rope comes in 3 strengths (light, medium and heavy) and can be used in many sports types. The power bungee rope is used as an replacement part for our “Power-Bungee-Belt 1” product. It can also be varied with your shoulder, stomach and hip straps. Only the power bungee rope and 2 robust carbiners are included in the scope of delivery. Shoulder, stomach and hip straps can be separated. You can thus compile your own power bungee belt model. The appropriate operation exercises are found in our DVDs and training card files. Other power bungee belts can also be purchased in our store. Even trainers from professional sports work with our training aids!
light: Suitable for pass training with tensile strength (not for sprinting and speed strength training)
medium: Suitable for sprint, speed strength training and pass training with tensile strength
heavy: Suitable for extreme sprint, speed strength training and pass training with tensile strength, (not available currently)
