You have reason to complain and you wish to return an item?


If the article has a shortcoming or is defective, please contact first our customer service by sending an e-mail with a photo that clearly shows the shortcoming or defect and a short explanation of the damage. Together with you, we will then check how we can further proceed.

If the product is in perfect condition, you are welcome to register the return directly yourself. You will then be provided with the relevant documents to return the product free of charge.

As a registered customer, please log into your customer account and scroll down to the "Order history" tab. Select the relevant order. There you can click on the "Return item" button and select the item(s) in question.

If you ordered as a guest, please open the confirmation e-mail for that particular order. The e-mail contains a link to the checkout process, which will take you straight to the order overview. Please click on the button "Return item" in this overview and select the items you wish to return.

Afterwards, you will receive an e-mail with your return label and the return form. This e-mail will also contain a detailed description of all further necessary steps. DONT forget to check your spam folder.

Just a small note if your order was made some time ago: Please note that you are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is one month, beginning from the day on which you or a third party named by you but other than the carrier has taken possession of the goods. The "Return item" button is only available for this period.

Customised printed articles and downloads are excluded from exchange and will not be refunded.
