NIM 100 Sports field wet marking trolley
You will receive the professional NIM 100 Sports field wet marking trolley featuring automatic pump-pressure generation. The required spraying pressure is efficiently generated simply by pushing the carriage, utilising a newly developed impeller via rear-wheel drive. The heavy-duty pump is constructed from high-quality aluminium and features a durable HC coating. Equipped with sealed ball bearings and a reliable shaft seal, the pump offers exceptional wear resistance, allowing all commercially available field marking paints to be used without issue. For maximum precision, the spraying device is positioned clearly in the front field of view. It can be flexibly adjusted both in height and laterally using a convenient hand lever located right on the handlebar. The line width can be precisely adjusted from 50 to 120 mm to meet official regulation standards. The marking truck features two durable plastic paint tanks with capacities of 13 litres and 19 litres.
You can either fill both tanks with marking paint for maximum coverage or fill one tank with paint and the second with water for immediate, hassle-free cleaning of the spray system and pump right on the field. Each tank is equipped with its own dedicated shut-off valve (compatible with the Gardena system) and can be easily removed from the frame for effortless emptying or cleaning. The cart is built upon a solid, robust steel pipe frame with a scratch-resistant, powder-coated enamel finish, and all small mechanical parts are galvanised for superior rust protection. Four large, pneumatic wheels (260 x 85 mm) equipped with precision roller ball bearings ensure exceptionally smooth running and perfectly straight lines on any turf. Additionally, the guide rail handlebar is fully height-adjustable to accommodate any operator.
