A modern training equipment from a kind of bungee rubber for an optimum technique training. The athlete puts the abdominal belt on and attaches the flexible and stable mount at the end of the belt to the fence or the goalpost. Now when you start running the tension of the bungee rope reaches an optimal traction resistance (bungee effect), which allows professional training. The trainer now throws balls to the athlete, which he returns with traction resistance when running forwards and backwards. The power bungee cord allows the athletes to train with optimal traction resistance to achieve an enormous training effect. This power belt is not suitable for sprint training.
