At its core, it aims to improve reaction speed and game awareness in a specific way. Instead of focusing purely on technique or tactics, this method forces players to evaluate their own situation and that of the entire pitch in a fraction of a second, and then respond accordingly. The constantly changing game situation challenges players to actively scan their surroundings and make the right decisions. The T-PRO Connect system links the three crucial steps in football:
- Observe: Players must constantly scan their surroundings to gather all relevant information.
- Decide: They must choose the best option in a blink of an eye – pass, dribble or shoot.
- Act: The decision made must be executed precisely and quickly.
