Power bungee strap 5 - for strengthening legs + joints
A modern training equipment from a kind of bungee rubber for an optimum trainining of leg strength and joints. The athlete puts connects both leg clips(upholstered) and while he moves, tries to bring the rubber cord om maximum tension. Now an optimum resistance (bungee effect) is achieved by the tension of the bungee cord, which allows a professional training of the leg muscles and joints. By attaching the second foot clip on a fence or goalpost the focus of the training session can also be changed. The power bungee cord allows the athlete to train with optimal resistance to achieve an enormous training effect. It can be used in several sports. You get a power cord incl. foot clips.
